First, compare the actual countries and sites, not the marketing title. Second, check whether the number of days is realistic for the road and border sectors. Third, confirm the joining airport and group reporting time. Fourth, look at the daily pace: several sacred sites can sit close together, but long inter-country transfers cannot be compressed without consequences.

5–8: price, airfare, visa and rooming

Compare the price on the same occupancy basis. A double/twin headline price is not the same as private single occupancy. Check whether airfare is an allowance or an unlimited promise, whether visa assistance is included, how children and infants are charged, and what happens if you arrange a component yourself. The booking system should recalculate consistently at checkout.

9–12: hotels, inclusions, cancellation and documentation

Read the hotel-category wording and whether similar properties may be used. Download the itinerary and inclusions/exclusions instead of relying on a sales message. Read cancellation and force-majeure terms before paying. Finally, verify passport, visa, insurance and health/mobility requirements early enough to solve problems before ticketing.
