Terms & Conditions  & Cancellation Policy

In any circumstances of cancellation,  booking amount minimum of  Rs 2000 for Indians & Nepali & US $ 50for others country citizen are non refundable. So Once you book with us and pay the amount  for Your Package Tour, then you will suffer minimum loss of INR 2000 for Indian & Nepali and US $ 50 for others.

1. If tour is cancelled beyond our control for reasons like Natural calamity, Earthquake, Terrorist attack, Emergency, Flood,  Rights, War etc,  &  In the Case of cancellation from your side, then minimum retention and cancellation will be as per below points.
2.  151 days or beyond prior to departure date: full payment refund  except Rs 2000 per person for Indians & Nepali  &  US $ 50 per person for others
3. 46-150 days prior to departure date: 70% of your payment refund  Provided you pay full amount of Package Cost , except the non-refundable deposit.
4. 31-45 days prior to departure date: 35% of your payment refund  Provided you pay full amount of Package Cost & except the non-refundable deposit.
5. 0-30 days prior to your departure, then All the amounts deposited with us will be forfeited and no refund shall be made.
