Booking basis

Every booking is subject to availability, receipt of the stated payment and written confirmation from BookMyDestination. A website order or payment request does not by itself guarantee hotel, transport, ferry, flight, permit, visa, attraction or activity availability.

Prices and supplier confirmation

Website prices are starting rates calculated from the selected traveller and room configuration. The final confirmation must state the hotel or equivalent category, transport, meals, included services, exclusions, taxes and payment schedule.

Traveller responsibility

Travellers must provide correct names, ages, identification and contact details, check passport and entry validity where applicable, disclose relevant medical or mobility requirements and follow local safety instructions.

Operational changes

Weather, road, ferry, flight, rail, permit, attraction, local-union transport, government or safety conditions may require a reasonable change in sequence or equivalent service. Material cost changes are communicated before confirmation where practicable.

Before payment

The final quotation or booking confirmation should be checked for the selected travel date, traveller details, rooming, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, payment schedule and supplier-specific conditions that apply to the booked services.
