Depending on the product, travellers may be able to review the route, duration, overnight stays, hotel category, meals, room allocation, adult and child pricing, transport arrangements, sightseeing, inclusions, exclusions, selectable travel dates and applicable booking conditions before proceeding.

BookMyDestination is designed as more than a catalogue of travel pages. Our systems combine structured travel content, configurable pricing, booking workflows, live or supplier-connected inventory where available, payment technology, analytics, product feeds and API-based integrations.
For configurable tour packages, the booking journey may recalculate pricing according to factors such as travel date, hotel category, number of adults, room combination, children, infants, transport and optional services.

BookMyDestination is being built for distribution across our own website as well as supported search engines, travel-distribution platforms, advertising systems, product feeds, APIs and AI-assisted discovery channels.
Where supported, structured product information such as destinations, prices, itineraries, travel dates, availability, images, cancellation conditions and booking links can be made available to approved external platforms so travellers can discover relevant BookMyDestination products and continue into the appropriate booking journey.
Live and configurable inventory
BookMyDestination supports different inventory models. Some tour packages use configurable BookMyDestination pricing and departure rules, while supplier-connected services such as hotels may use live rates, room availability, meal plans and rate-specific cancellation conditions returned by the applicable inventory provider.
This allows the platform to support both curated travel packages and dynamically supplied travel services within a common marketplace architecture.
Tours, activities and accommodation
Our current travel marketplace includes structured tour packages and activities, together with hotel and accommodation search and booking capabilities.
Different travel products operate differently. A tour package may have a fixed or configurable itinerary, an activity may be subject to operator schedules or ticket conditions, and a hotel room may have rate-specific availability and cancellation rules.

Supplier-connected travel

Availability, hotel rooms, transport, permits, entry requirements, tickets, operating schedules and supplier services may therefore remain subject to confirmation or the conditions of the applicable live inventory source.
The final booking confirmation, voucher, ticket or supplier confirmation identifies the services actually confirmed for the reservation.
Designed for structured travel discovery
We structure travel information so that it can be understood not only by travellers but also by modern search, commerce and AI systems.
BookMyDestination uses structured product information, destination data, itinerary information, prices, travel dates, booking rules and other machine-readable information where appropriate to improve discovery across supported search, advertising, travel-distribution and AI platforms.
AI and conversational travel discovery
BookMyDestination supports approved AI and conversational integrations that can help users discover available travel information through supported platforms.
Our current ChatGPT/OpenAI integration is read-only. It can search supported BookMyDestination travel products and return information such as product details, prices, itineraries and selectable travel dates. It does not itself create a booking, reserve supplier inventory or take payment.
Where AI-assisted functionality is introduced in the future, we intend to distinguish clearly between informational discovery and transactional actions that require confirmation.
Clear booking conditions
Travel products can have different payment, cancellation, amendment and refund conditions. We therefore maintain central Terms of Use, Privacy and Cancellation & Refund policies while also supporting product-specific and supplier-specific conditions where required.
Where a hotel, activity, ticket or other supplier-controlled service has its own cancellation rule, the applicable rate or supplier condition may govern that component.
Travellers should review the applicable price, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms and final booking details before payment.
Privacy and responsible data use
We design our systems around purpose limitation and data minimisation. Different services require different information, and we seek to collect only the information reasonably necessary for the applicable search, booking, payment, support or fulfilment purpose.

A platform designed to expand
BookMyDestination is being developed as an extensible travel marketplace. In addition to tours, activities and accommodation, the platform architecture can support additional travel services such as transfers, cabs, flights, rail services, cruises, visas, travel insurance, eSIMs, vehicle rentals and other travel-related products as those services are introduced.
New services may use different suppliers, inventory systems, booking rules and regulatory requirements. We introduce them according to the technical, commercial and compliance requirements applicable to the particular service.
