Taj Mahal and Agra Fort Guided Experience

Shilpgram, Taj East Gate Road, Agra: outside the main visitor ticket-counter entrance, on the public forecourt. Assemble two hours before the displayed local start. Look for the BookMyDestination host; keep entrances and public paths clear.

1. Travel to the Taj Mahal entry area and complete security checks.
2. Explore the Taj complex with a guide.
3. Take a rest break and transfer to Agra Fort.
4. Visit the fort and return to the Agra meeting point.

BMD sends confirmation to the email supplied at checkout after the operating date and capacity are accepted. The confirmed e-voucher includes meeting instructions, participant details and the BMD support contact. Where admission is included, the required attraction ticket or permit is also supplied. A payment acknowledgement alone is not an admission ticket. Use the contact on the confirmation and quote the order number for cancellations.

Cancel at least 72 hours before the confirmed activity start for a full refund of the activity amount paid, including associated taxes and mandatory fees charged by BMD. Cancellation later than this cutoff, late arrival that misses the activity, or a no-show receives no refund. The destination timezone and BMD’s receipt time determine the cutoff. Request cancellation through the BMD contact shown on the booking confirmation and quote your order number. If BMD cancels, cannot confirm the booking, or cannot deliver the agreed activity because of closure or unsafe conditions, choose a full refund or an available alternative you accept; a credit is never compulsory. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and initiated within 7 business days after approval; bank processing time may vary. Any material programme change requires your acceptance or an appropriate refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Taj Mahal visits do not operate on Fridays. Carry the identity document needed for your nationality-specific admission. Main-mausoleum entry is excluded. Assemble two hours before the displayed activity start and carry any required original ID. Child fare: ages 2–11; adult fare: ages 12+. Infant band: ages 0–1. The infant fare includes reserved capacity; required vehicle restraints or age-appropriate safety equipment must be confirmed before booking. All travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older. Prices exclude applicable tax; the final payable amount must be displayed before payment. No accommodation is included. Changes requested by the traveller depend on availability; the cancellation deadline remains applicable. The selected age and identity details must match the tickets used for entry.
