How to request deletion

1. Email info@bookmydestination.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the email address or telephone number associated with your BookMyDestination account, enquiry or booking.
3. Tell us whether you want deletion of your account, marketing profile, enquiry/support history, or other eligible personal data.
4. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you.

What happens next

We will delete or de-identify eligible personal data and confirm completion, subject to information we must retain for an active booking, security/fraud prevention, tax/accounting obligations, disputes, legal claims or other lawful requirements. When retention is required, we limit the retained data to that purpose.

Google, Meta and OpenAI data

If you used BookMyDestination through Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, ChatGPT/OpenAI or another third-party platform, you may also need to use that platform’s own privacy/account controls to delete data held independently by that platform. Disconnecting the BookMyDestination ChatGPT/OpenAI integration stops future tool access but does not automatically delete a separate BookMyDestination website booking or account record.
