Phuket Island-Hopping Boat Experience

Royal Phuket Marina, 68 Moo 2, Thepkasattri Road, Koh Kaew, Phuket 83000, Thailand. Meet the BMD activity representative at the marina main reception. Assemble at 08:00 for the 10:00 departure; return to this marina around 18:15–18:30. Hotel transfers are not included.

1. 08:00: report to the BMD representative at Royal Phuket Marina; complete check-in and the crew safety briefing.
2. 10:00: depart on the licensed boat for the Phi Phi island route.
3. Explore permitted viewpoints around Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Leh, with crew-approved snorkelling and a lunch stop. The crew controls stop order for sea conditions.
4. Maya Bay is viewed from the boat during its 1 August–30 September 2026 closure. Landings are never promised during park closures; later restrictions also apply.
5. Expected return to Royal Phuket Marina: 18:15–18:30. Allow 8.5 hours from boat departure; the two-hour reporting period is additional. Hotel transfers are excluded.

BMD sends confirmation to the email supplied at checkout after the operating date and capacity are accepted. The confirmed e-voucher includes meeting instructions, participant details and the BMD support contact. Where admission is included, the required attraction ticket or permit is also supplied. A payment acknowledgement alone is not an admission ticket. Use the contact on the confirmation and quote the order number for cancellations.

Cancel at least 72 hours before the confirmed activity start for a full refund of the activity amount paid, including associated taxes and mandatory fees charged by BMD. Cancellation later than this cutoff, late arrival that misses the activity, or a no-show receives no refund. The destination timezone and BMD’s receipt time determine the cutoff. Request cancellation through the BMD contact shown on the booking confirmation and quote your order number. If BMD cancels, cannot confirm the booking, or cannot deliver the agreed activity because of closure or unsafe conditions, choose a full refund or an available alternative you accept; a credit is never compulsory. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and initiated within 7 business days after approval; bank processing time may vary. Any material programme change requires your acceptance or an appropriate refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Use only the licensed vessel and follow crew directions. Weather, marine-park closures and authorised landing rules determine the route. Swim only when the crew and local rules permit. Assemble two hours before the displayed activity start and carry any required original ID. Child fare: ages 12–17; adult fare: ages 18+. Children below 12 are not accepted in this offer. All travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older. Prices exclude applicable tax; the final payable amount must be displayed before payment. No accommodation is included. Changes requested by the traveller depend on availability; the cancellation deadline remains applicable. The selected age and identity details must match the tickets used for entry. Departure and return pier: Royal Phuket Marina. The boat programme lasts approximately 510 minutes. Unsafe sea conditions or park restrictions may change stops; a material change requires your acceptance or the applicable refund under the cancellation policy.
