Being listed or contacted is not automatic approval. Service quality, commercial competitiveness, documents, response standards and destination relevance are reviewed before a supplier is used.
What to send
Send your business name, GST/registration details where applicable, contact person, service locations, current rate sheet, tax rules, meal plans, cancellation terms, blackout dates, child/extra-person policy, payment terms and clear current photographs.
Hotels should include room categories and occupancy rules. Houseboats should include boat category, number of bedrooms, AC policy, route/boarding point, meal plan and private/shared status. Transport suppliers should include vehicle type, seating, permit scope and driver terms.
How selection works
The contracting team compares the service with current guest requirements and existing Kerala inventory. Rates alone are not enough: location, reliability, guest communication, complaint handling and consistency matter.
